What Are the Program Restrictions?
New construction is not eligible for rebates. The program is only for existing construction homes. A contractor must submit applications on the Xcel Energy Registered Contractor List. How Does the Program Work?

Which Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Are Included?
The EV Charging Home Wiring Rebate provides up to $1,000, or up to $1,700 for income-qualified residents to assist with installing a Level 2 EV Charger. Currently, the eligible chargers are ChargePoint Home Flex and the Enel X Juicebox. Homeowners with Level 1 charges can use this rebate to upgrade their charger.
V2B or bidirectional chargers provide power back to the electrical grid at peak times to help keep up with electrical demand. They can also supply extra power for your home during a power outage.
